Conveyancing - New contract versions released
The REIQ & Queensland Law Society has released the new Residential House and Land Contract (9th edition) and Residential Lots in a Community Titles Scheme Contract (5th edition), which are now available for use.
The amendments to the contracts:

Introduction of REIQ & QLS Conveyancing contracts postponed
The new standard REIQ House & Land and Residential Lots in a Body Corporate Contracts will not be released on 1 November 2011.
